​The production process of bag goes through multiple processes, including design, material selection, cutting, sewing, assembly, inspection etc.

• Design: Our designers will design novel and practical bag artwork based on market demand. Design drafts often take into account the size, structure, internal compartments, zippers, buckles and other details of the bag, as well as the selection and matching of fabrics. After the design draft is completed, sample production and sample confirmation are required to ensure that the design effect meets expectations.
• Material selection: Our commonly used bag materials include leather, canvas, nylon, PU leather, etc. Different materials have different characteristics, for example, leather has a good feel and wear resistance, while canvas is lightweight and durable. When selecting materials, we will take into account factors such as the use, style, and wood quality of the bags.
• Cutting: Workers cut the required fabrics according to the design draft, including outer fabric, lining, filling, etc. Cutting will be carried out according to different parts and sizes to ensure fabric utilization and cutting accuracy.
• Sewing: The cut fabric needs to be sewn, including sewing outer fabric, lining, zippers, buckles, etc. We have professional sewing machines and experienced workers to sew to ensure the stitches are smooth and firm. For leather bags, special processes such as punching, flanging, and waxing are also required.
• Assembly: Assembly is the last process in bag production. Each sewn component needs to be assembled, including installing zippers, buckles, shoulder straps and other accessories.
• Inspection: We will conduct strict quality inspections on assembled bags, including appearance inspection, zipper pull test, buckle durability test, etc. Only bags that pass quality inspection can leave the factory for sale.

• Confirm customer needs: First, we will confirm product needs and cooperation details with customers, such as product specifications, materials usage, delivery date, etc.
• Product proofing and testing: Make correct samples according to customer needs, provide them to customers to check the effect, make timely improvements if necessary, and ultimately achieve customer satisfaction.
• Confirm the sample: After the customer confirms the sample, mass production will be arranged. Before this time, we will confirm the packaging details and shipping details with customer. After confirmation, arrange bulk materials.
• Confirm the pre-production sample: Before going into mass production, we will use the materials used for mass production and make a pre-production sample for customer confirmation. After confirmation, we will produce mass production.
•  Product shipment: After production is completed, as agreed, the customer pays the balance, then we will arrange shipment, and both parties complete the transaction.
• After-sales follow-up: Pay attention to the logistics situation in a timely manner. After receiving the goods, the customer will ask whether the goods are complete.

The harnesses and shoulder bindings are always made with our in house foam and cut with a specific shape and ergonic design to well support a maximum carrying weight and perfectly fit to any shoulders morphology.
